Happy Teacher’s Day!
To all the new and experienced teachers out there, I want to say thank you for all that you do. You are shaping the minds and futures of our children, and your work is essential.
As we celebrate Teacher’s Day, let’s also take a moment to reflect on the importance of our profession. Teaching is more than just a job; it’s a calling. It’s the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our students and to help them reach their full potential. Let us teach them sciences, and languages, and mathematics but also teach them to think critically, respect all religions and cultures, the ability to differentiate between what is right and wrong based on commonsense and logic.
I’m inspired by the words of Malala Yousafzai, who said, “The best way to change the world is to become the change you want to see.” I believe that teachers are the changemakers of the world. We are the ones who can inspire our students to dream big and to make a difference in their communities.
So let’s all be proud of our profession and let’s encourage our students to consider teaching as a career. As Nelson Mandela said, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”
The best way to celebrate Teachers Day today will be to discuss teaching as a career option with our students and their parents. Be proud of the profession and encourage the new generation to join you in celebrations.
Thank you again for all that you do. Happy Teacher’s Day!

Truly said…teaching is a profession which is fast becoming obsolete…as more youngsters shun it ..and the reason being financial rewards are so less.. when infact they are the ones who teach the future generations of scientists and engineers. Let’s hope we see more educators in the future.
